The RULES

• The contest is open to individuals of ages 18+  who have created a free account on our website, Create an account here.

• Contestants may submit up to 12 entries, one for each of the 12 digital images available for download.

• There are no regional restrictions; the contest is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by USA Laws.  Please check your own countries restrictions on participating in any event of this nature.

• Contestants must download one or more of the 12 digital images from our website. – Get files HERE.

• Digital images can be downloaded for free after account creation. Create an account here.

• Contestants may also order a hard copy of the digital image to color at home for a fee. Information about ordering, including costs and delivery times, can be found on our website.

• To submit an entry, contestants must take a high-quality photo or screenshot of their completed artwork and upload it through the designated submission page on our website. Accepted file formats are JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

• Each entry must be submitted separately, and no more than 12 entries per contestant are allowed.

• All entries must be submitted by October 12, 2026, 11:59:59 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). No exceptions will be made.

• Each submission must be originally colored by the contestant. Team submissions are allowed, and if submitting as a team, please list the names of all participants.

• Only images derived from the original 12 digital images provided by Soy Rey are eligible for entry.

• Entries must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or plagiarized content, and must comply with all copyright laws.

• Entries that do not comply with these guidelines may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Soy Rey staff.

• By participating in this contest, contestants acknowledge that all 12 digital images provided for download or purchase are the exclusive property of the original creator, Soy Rey.

• Contestants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the digital images solely for the purpose of participating in this contest.

• Manipulation or alteration of the digital images does not grant any ownership or rights to the contestant.

• Soy Rey retains full and exclusive rights to all digital images, including any derivative works created by contestants as part of their entries.

• Contestants agree that their entries may be used by Soy Rey for promotional purposes for up to two years after the contest ends, without further compensation or notice, and without any transfer of rights. Contestants will be credited wherever their work is used.

• Prizes will be awarded based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the contest guidelines. The judging criteria will also consider the type of coloring medium used (e.g., markers, colored pencils, watercolor).

• The number and nature of prizes will be announced on the contest page. Prizes include cash, art supplies, gift cards, and features on our website or social media channels.

• Winners will be notified via email and announced on our website. Current participants.

• Entries that contain inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or plagiarized content will be disqualified.

• Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

• Contestants who submit more than 12 entries will be disqualified.

• If an entry is suspected of violating contest rules, the contestant will be notified, and a review will be conducted by Soy Rey staff.

• By entering the contest, contestants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Soy Rey staff, which are final and binding.

• Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved by Soy Rey staff in accordance with applicable laws.

• Soy Rey reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time without notice.

• Contestants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill contest obligations. Personal information will be retained for up to one year after the contest ends for contest administration purposes.

• Final decisions on the winners will be determined by official Soy Rey staff, in conjunction with a select panel of judges, which may include guest artists or influencers.

• The judging panel will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, use of digital vs. printed images, type of coloring medium used, and adherence to the contest guidelines.

• A public voting component may be included for a “People’s Choice” award, with details provided on the contest page.
